We researched, identified, and screened over 125 target companies in North America—including many industry-focused public safety software providers.

One particular company had a specific emphasis on public safety pertaining to the casino and gaming industry with a strong presence in the U.S., Canadian, and Asian gaming markets. We were able to develop a relationship between management and our client, and although the target was speaking with other potential acquirers, our client was able to get an LOI signed and get the transaction closed.
